About me

My name is Aleksandra, and I support people in finding their direction in both work and life — in a way that is calm, courageous, and aligned with who they truly are.

For over nine years, I worked in corporate environments and personally went through career changes, important decisions, and moments of uncertainty. This gives me a very real, grounded understanding of what people face at different stages of their professional journey — including those working in international companies and expats. I combine this experience with postgraduate studies in job coaching at SWPS University and with my individual work with clients.

I work with both Polish clients and international professionals living and working in Poland. I accompany people through moments of decision, change, and feeling stuck — as they clarify what truly matters, rebuild trust in themselves, and take their next meaningful steps.

I believe that everyone can create a life and a career aligned with who they are — whether that means changing jobs, choosing a new direction, or simply finding more calm and meaning in everyday life.

I support my clients in seeing their potential, trusting themselves, and building a life that is genuinely their own.

You explore what’s really behind feeling stuck, dissatisfied, or unsure, and you clarify a direction that feels right and fits your values and real life — with structure, reflection, and space to think things through.

You work on both the inner side (clarity, confidence, decisions) and the practical side — such as changing career direction, planning next steps, or preparing for interviews.

The intention is that you leave each session feeling clearer, calmer, and ready to move forward.
